Frequently Asked Questions
How do I apply?
The application is a two-step process.
Step 1) Fill out the form below that includes a bio and quality images of your work in any of the following formats: pdf, jpg, png.
Step2) Once you submit the form below, you will be redirected to a secondary page that contains an artist interview questionnaire that must be completed in order for your application to be processed.
If accepted, one of the gallery owners will contact you and set up an appointment to review your work in person. If the work is approved, then Gold Leaf Gallery will have a contract drawn up to be signed by both parties.
Applications are reviewed in a timely manner and you will be contacted if approved. Do not call to check the status of your application. Do not contact the Gallery by phone or come to the gallery expecting for your work to be reviewed in person.
What types of art do you accept?
We consider original art on most accepted mediums including oils, acrylics, pastels, watercolors, charcoal, cold wax, encaustic, bronze, stone, wood, marble, granite, stone to metal sculptures and a combination of mixed media.
We are NOT interested in giclées, prints, printed graphic collages, canvas prints from an inkjet and/or commercial printer with surface paint on top or photography.
If accepted, then what?
A Gold Leaf Gallery Representation Agreement and Inventory Sheet will be sent via e-mail from Traci Holms-Steinmiller. Please review the agreement, what’s permitted and commission percentages. Also please download the Inventory Sheet from the e-mail. A fully completed Inventory Sheet must accompany the delivery of your work. The Representation Agreement must be signed by both parties prior to exhibiting your work.
